For this study, I focused on walking without sight. I developed this experiment to test if there is a tendency to walk forward in the same direction when one’s eyes are closed. The result is interesting in that every time my path was different. In fact, each route greatly differed from the other. Did the topography affect my feeling of direction? Does the ground influence the way we sense space?
