The project started with an observation of an old man lying on a bed with wheels, being pulled around the park by his family. In this work, I tried to imagine what the world looks like from his perspective. With a camera lens facing upward, I captured a video of the canopy along my walk along the same route, from the old man’s view. To document this work, I captured a still image of the video every ten seconds. As a collection, the images show a seasonal map of the canopy, the cover, and the color of the sky.
